📦 How to buy an item?

Just pick the item and choose the options you want, press “Add to Cart,” then go to your cart and press “Checkout.”
Your parents can help you with the payment!

⏱️ How fast will I get my item?

Right now? Usually within a few minutes!
If the item is marked “On Backorder,” it may take 1–3 days while we prepare it for you.
Be sure to leave your contact info (WhatsApp/Discord/etc.) so we can reach you if needed.

🎮 How will I get the item in the game?

Please enter your in-game username at checkout.
We’ll meet you in the game and trade the item directly to you.
Don’t worry — all trades are recorded to keep you safe!

💵 Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes — the minimum is $5 per order.

🧾 Can I buy without an account?

You need an account so we can send your items safely. Creating one takes just 1 minute!

💳 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept card payments! (check at checkout).
All payments are handled by parents or guardians.

📱 Can I order from my phone?

Yes! You can browse and add items on your phone, then ask a parent to complete checkout on their phone or computer.

🛠 What if something goes wrong?

No worries — just write to us in the chat or on WhatsApp, and we’ll help you as soon as possible.

🧒🏼👨‍👩‍👦 Who should make the payment — me or my parent?

You choose the item — your parent or guardian makes the payment. Teamwork!

🎁 Where do I find my items after I buy them?

After payment, your items will show up in your profile under “My Orders” or be sent directly in-game (depending on the item).

🛑 Can I cancel my order?

If your item hasn’t been delivered yet — yes, just contact us quickly!
For delivered items, we can’t cancel, but we’ll try to help if there’s a problem.
