All sales of our digital in-game Adopt Me! Roblox items are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Physical Merchandise

We currently do not sell any physical products. Therefore, the usual 2-week return window for physical goods is not applicable.

Digital Goods

• Non-returnable & Non-refundable: All downloadable content, game codes, in-game currency and virtual pets.
• No exceptions due to the instant delivery and unique nature of digital items.
